If you achieve the goals of those missions you will get rewarded and earn credibility and appreciation from all groups. In the missions you will get rewarded with money. In the shop you are able to buy a variety of things. Upgrade to several different weapons, buy a vehicle to drive, buy different outfits, even a jetpack and much more.
