In Sick Business you are working as a doctor in a clinic. You just started in the hospital business. To get things running you borrowed some money from the mafia. In return they expect a ridiculous amount back! That's why you have to work very hard. Well, in addition to performing operations as a doctor and administering medication to the patient as a nurse, you are also responsible for admitting the patient to the clinic.
